Summer Reading ProgramsBarnes and Noble
Recommended for kids in grades Kindergarten through 6th Grade, kids can earn a free book after they read eight books and fill out form here. Simply bring the completed form to any Barnes and Noble store and the child can pick one of the free preselected titles on the form. Valid until September 4th, 2012.

Chuck E. Cheese
Earn tokens for reading! Every time your child fills out this form with their reading hisotry bring it in to any Chuck E. Cheese and they will receive 10 free token. Food purchase is required at time of redemption and is valid until 12/31/12 at participating locations. Limit one 10 free tokens redemption per child per day.

Half Price Books
Earn credit for reading! Children 14 years old and younger can earn $5 in Half Price Books Back to School Bucks when they join the Half Price Books Feed Your Brain Summer Reading Program! Simply read for at least 15 minutes each day for a month (grown-ups may read aloud to kids who are still learning) and add up the minutes (parents need to initial each week) and once they have read for 300 minutes, turn in the completed reading log to earn your child’s $5 HPB Back-to-School Bucks. Plus one top reader per age group each month with a TOP READER prize – a $20 HPB Gift Card! Half Price Books Back to School Bucks may be redeem 7/25/12 through 8/31/12. Not valid during sales or in combination with any other discount or coupon. Limit one coupon per person, per visit. Cannot be used to purchase gift cards. Duplicates or photocopies not accepted.

Pottery Barn Kids
Pottery Barn Kids is offering a free book for kids ages 10 and under until August 22nd when they read the PBK recommended book lists, either reading independently or reading together for early readers. Head over to here to download the tracking form to fill out once your child has completed reading a book and track their process.  Once they have completed all the recommended reading reward them with a Certificate of Completion and bring to any participating Pottery Barn to receive their free book.

TD Bank
Your child can earn cash this summer thanks to TD Bank’s Summer Reading Program for Kids! Kids can earn $10 to be deposited into their new or existing TD Bank Young Saver Account when they read 10 books. Simply have your child read 10 books this summer (see suggestions), print and fill out the Summer Reading Form, and once completed take the form to the nearest TD Bank. The $10 will be deposited into a new or existing Young Saver Account. One coupon per Customer during the promotional period. Cannot be combined with any other offers. Valid May 5, 2012, through September 29, 2012. Must be 18 years of age or younger to participate. Bring form of ID for child for new account opening.
