I’m new around here (about a week).
Saving, hoping to buy a house in 3 years. (from sister-in-law when her youngest goes off to college & they move to their lake house) But hubby says I have to have saved up at least half of the cost of the house for us to buy it… so your blog is great for me now!

It’s a great idea. When my kid’s were younger, we gave them too much. Therefore, they expect it and don’t appreciate that it’s the thought that counts, not the quantity.
