Happy May Day! Okay, we are a little early, but wanted to celebrate May Day with our wonderful fans. What is May Day? May Day is simply a Spring Festival or Spring Celebration started way back in ancient times and is thought to have Christian roots. Many countries celebrate it on May 1st (England, Ireland, France, Germany, Finland, & Sweden, to name a few). In the United States, Hawaii recognizes the holiday as Lei Day and in the continental states, we typically have small baskets that we fill with flowers or treats and leave on a neighbor’s door step.
This year, Columbia Gorge Coupon Mommy and a handful of special bloggers teamed up to give 1 lucky reader their own “basket of sorts”. On May 1st that lucky winner will receive a gorgeous bouquet, delivered to their doorstep on May 1st. Click here to get a closer view of the winning arrangement.*
*Substitutions may be made at the discretion of the giveaway host and FTD.com
Join in and celebrate May Day (now that Spring has finally arrived!). That knock on the door could be for you! Fill out the Rafflecopter below to be entered. Contest will run 4/22 – 4/28 with flowers scheduled to be delivered on 5/1.
