They take the meal planning off your plate by offering dinner menus based on sale items at your grocery store. Meals by the Week publishes 18 different menus each week for grocery store chains, including Safeway, Hy-Vee, Trader Joe’s, Sprouts, and others. Also available are Vegetarian and 400 Calorie menu options.

Meals by the Week is a menu subscription service. Each week, family-friendly dinner menus are carefully created based on the grocery store sale ads for that week. We do our best to help you feed your family healthy, economical meals.

A subscription includes access to seven dinner selections with recipes and a shopping list each week. Recipes can be scaled to the number of people you choose, anywhere from 2 to 8 people. You will also get a printable grocery list customized to your dinner selections. Print your menu at the click of a button so you don’t need to bring your computer into the kitchen.
