
This week I am focusing on using what meat I have in the freezer as we are expecting in the next month or so to get the meat order from our local farmer. We ordered chickens, 1/4 beef and 1/2 pork to last us the entire year and is the first time we have ever done this. I am excited to get our all natural meat and start learning how to use every piece of the animal.
Monday – Buffalo Burger Quesadilla (I will use ground beef)
Tuesday – BBQ Chicken Pizzas (slow cooker recipe for BBQ Chicken – minus beer)
Wednesday – Chicken Rollatini With Spinach Alla Parmigiana
Thursday – Chicken Panini With Arugula, Provolone and Chipotle Mayonnaise
Friday – Grilled Fajita Wraps with Southwestern Black Bean Salad
Saturday – Swordfish Burgers with Lemon Vinaigrette (on sale this week)
Sunday – Leftovers
