jcpenney free haircutsStarting this Sunday, November 4th, JCPenney offering FREE kids haircuts every Sunday for kids grades K through 6th at JCPenney salons, helping save their parents a little cash along the way.  However since they are sure to be busy, call your local JCPenney to make an appointment.
