My Opinion:
I will admit…I’m not a big egg eater. Whether it’s because of the cholesterol issue or constantly using egg substitute I’ve become accustom to not eating eggs. But lately we have started to switch to natural eggs and using them in our recipes and even as poached eggs on the weekend so I was excited to try the Land O Lakes All Natural Farm Eggs. I received a coupon for a free carton of Land O Lakes Eggs, an Egg Tray for deviled eggs, a Mini Frying Pan and Mini Muffin Tin in my package. Since I wanted to make something the kids would enjoy I tired the Ham and Cheese Toast Cups recipe. Perfect for breakfast on the go for not only the girls but my husband who has an hour commute to work each day. I adjusted the recipe a bit and didn’t scramble the eggs which kind of made the egg and toast more like one piece but overall everyone loved them!
