The weather has turned colder but did you know that you should still be applying daily sunscreen to protect your skin? Sunscreen? In the Fall and Winter? Yes. Sunburns happen any time of the year and are not actually related to heat but the UV rays which can still damage your skin in the Fall or Winter. That is why sunscreen is so important and why I use it on my children before sending them to school and we always use Blue Lizard Sunscreen.
