Little Red Riding HoodIt’s never to early to think about Halloween costumes. Each year I usually panic a few weeks before because I have no idea what to have the girls be for Halloween. If you are like me, Costume SuperCenter can help! With over 8,000 different costumes for infants to adults in all different categories you are sure to find the costume perfect for you. In fact, Costume Supercenter states they are “dedicated to making your costume shopping experience an easy, fun, safe and satisfying experience” and the founder of Party City actually paved the way for Costume SuperCenter to start their website. You can also find Supercenter for costumes on Facebook as well!

Cailan Little Red Riding HoodMy Opinion
I received the Little Red Riding Hood costume in Toddler size 2-4 fairly quickly and I was excited to see my youngest daughter in it. The costume itself was very cute with the red satin like dress with red sparkles and a black velvet “shirt” and white satin sleeves. The best part is the whole dress is one piece even though it looks like it’s separate. You also get a cute hood to place over their heads and both the hood and dress close with a small piece of Velcro.

When I first read the description for the costume it stated “The Red Riding Hood costume is available in one standard size suitable for girl’s sizes 2T to 4T” however putting it on my youngest daughter who just turned two I can say that is not true. This costume is very obviously made for an 18 month old or younger. I had hoped to use this costume this coming October but I am sad to report she will not be able to use it (as she will be 2.5 years old and bigger then she is now).

The great news is Costume SuperCenter does allow for free exchanges AND pays for the shipping both ways so you do not have to pay for shipping to get a different size. Unfortunately because I received the costume as a review item I am unable to exchange the product however the fact that they do offer this service to their customers makes me feel better about purchasing from them. Nothing is worse then not being able to exchange a product or have to pay out of pocket to do so.

If you are thinking of Halloween costumes and want to avoid the panic like me and maybe save some money by buying “off season” definitely check Costume SuperCenter out!
