I wanted to write a little note to let you know that I know over the last few weeks Shaw’s and Market Basket have not been posted in a regular or consistent manner. It pains me every week when I realize that I have ran out of time to do the posts. As I previously mentioned here the time to write up a coupon match-up is about 3 hours from start to finish and lately I’ve been having a hard time trying to find that 3 hours twice a week.

I did take a part-time job at night back in January (the blog makes only $150/month) and I do take care of my girls during the day while still running the blog. I also perform blog sitting for other sites for when they are on vacation and all of this has been to help me bring a little money in and still be with my girls. But it has come at the expense of myself really. I work 24/7 and with my night job I have not had 30 minutes to myself in over 3 months.

You are probably wondering why I am saying all this. Well, there is good news! After discussing it with my husband and expressing how I love my blog work and communicating with you all, he has agreed to give me something very precious…TIME.

Each week I will get one hour to myself to do whatever I want kid and husband free like walk at the beach or go to the store alone (yes!) in addition he agreed to help me with Shaw’s and Market Basket. His time to type the flyers will therefore give me more time to sleep (I’m only getting 5 hours now) or more important…allow me to be with the girls having fun…instead of typing on the computer.

So in short this note is to let you know that we have agreed to work as a team to help get Shaw’s and Market Basket out on a more consistent schedule (Shaw’s – Thursdays, Market Basket – Fridays). It is also to once again thank you for your support on the site and for being active with me on Facebook. I really look forward to all your comments and hope to hear from more of you!
